How your agreement is formed

Self-serve plans: you accept the Customer Terms when you check out. Your order and the terms version you accepted are kept in Alfred’s billing area.

Custom work: we sign a private agreement with you, with your proposal attached as its scope. The Customer Terms continue to apply to your Alfred subscription.

People messaging a business: you do not need to accept anything here to message a business that uses Alfred. The business’s own privacy notice applies, and our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data on its behalf.
