Introduction

Who Can Use the Service
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the business you are connecting (e.g., admin of the Facebook Page or owner of the Instagram Business account, or authorised user of the Google Calendar you connect). You must be at least 18 years old.
What the Service Does
Alfred provides an AI-driven reply assistant for incoming customer messages on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and an embeddable web chat. You connect your messaging account through Meta's official OAuth flows; we receive incoming messages via Meta webhooks and send AI-generated (or human-operator) replies through Meta's Send APIs. If you connect Google Calendar, Alfred can check availability and create, update, or remove booking-related calendar events that you authorize.
Your Responsibilities
You will only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
You will only connect calendars you own or are authorised to use for business booking, and you are responsible for choosing the correct calendar.
You will comply with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable messaging policies (24-hour messaging window, no spam, no prohibited content).
You will not use the Service to send unsolicited promotional messages.
You are responsible for the content of AI-generated replies; you can review and override them via the admin dashboard.
Acceptable Use
You will not (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) use it to scrape or harvest data from Meta platforms, (c) impersonate any person or business you do not represent, or (d) use it for any illegal activity.
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uptime. Meta API changes, rate limits, or platform restrictions may temporarily affect functionality.
Termination
You may disconnect any channel or calendar integration at any time from the admin dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms, Meta's policies, or Google API policies are violated.
Data
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Alfred to use the permissions you grant only to check availability and create, update, or remove booking-related calendar events for the connected business.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0123 Digital Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
